NATIONAL SHIPPING
Home Audio Solutions offers highly competitve shipping rates to anywhere around the world. Our shipping methods are very flexible depending on cost, time constrants and insurance. Within New Zealand, we use the services of NZcouriers. Most items are delivered on an overnight courier service for a flat fee of $9.00.
FREE SHIPPING:
Our FREE SHIPPING deal entitles all Australian and New Zealand customers to receive FREE shipping(3-10day) on all orders $599nzd and Over. This includes all products, even those on special. Shipping covers all of Australia and New Zealand.
Also, watch out for "FREE SHIPPING" offers that can occur at anytime, for any product! Alternatively, if you wish to get a quote on other delivery options, please use the "contact us" page and we will happily respond with available options.
We can ship to any country in the world, and our postal services are usually the cheapest option to go for. Delivery time is once again 3-10 working days, and covers insurance up to the vlaue of $250nzd. If for any reason the shipment cost does not display in the checkout, please contact us and we will quote
you the shipment cost, and add that service to the website. Alternatively, you can visit the NZPOST Rate Finder Page for a quote. Please estimate shipment size, as this does not effect the total cost.
Shipping Estimates
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that your countries customs system may require you to pay taxes and or duties on your order once it arrives. We recommend that you check with your local customs agent or contact us and we can hopefully guide you through your countries customs requirements.
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates. Our checkout system automatically quotes you an estimated cost for shipping your order. Please note that the estimation is NOT your actual shipping quote. The final shipping quote will be calculated when the order is packed, weighed and measured. We will then confrim the price with our carrier and if the actual price of delivery for your order is in excess of the quote by 10%, we will contact you with the updated cost. Depending ont he service you choose to have your order shipped, Hasaudio may require additional information with regards the destination and the recipient. We will contact you with instructions as to what we need.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES
We offer very good rates with DHL EXPRESS to every country. Most of the time, we use a service called DHL Jumbo Box which offers the express service, but in a specified DHL Box. This service is the cheapest DHL EXPRESS method availble to us. Delivery time with DHL EXPRESS is 1-5 working days.
International POSTAGE SERVICE
With the international postage service, we offer 3 options.
OPTION ONE - International Air
International Air has a three to ten day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.
The required postage is based on the weight of the parcel and charged in 10g increments, so you only pay for what it weighs. The minimum charge for International Air parcels is 100g.
OPTION TWO - International Economy.
When cost is more important than speed for sending a parcel overseas, choose International Economy.
International Economy has a target delivery of 10 to 25 days to 220 destinations worldwide.
The required postage is based on the weight of the parcel and charged in 10g increments, so you only pay for what it weighs.
You can send parcels by International Economy to PO Boxes and rural areas for no extra cost.
OPTION THREE - International Economy Courier.
An affordable and secure way to send parcels to 25 key countries worldwide.
International Economy Courier parcel is for parcels up to 30kg. It has a two to six working day delivery target and costs less than our urgent service DHL Express Courier
You have the peace of mind of knowing your mail is tracked until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery.
The required postage to send by International Economy Courier is based on the size and weight of your item.
Our International Economy Courier service delivers to PO Boxes in selected countries and rural addresses for no additional cost.
