Spikes couple speakers to the floor; by doing this it is possible to dramatically improve clarity, stereo imaging, and tighten up the bass response. This is particularly effective on flimsy flooring and thick carpet. The included optional rubber cabinet feet allow isolation from the floor and provide a sure grip without marring surfaces. Set includes four brass spikes 1-5/8" overall x 1-3/16", four rubber feet, and four mounting brackets.
